Using Mohawk Client & Mohawk Server

Save time by talking instead if typing using the Mohawk software and server. Here are a few questions and answers related to using Mohawk with any application.

Is Mohawk related to the game or application im using?

No. The Mohawk program is not related or connected to any game or application.

What do I need to use Mohawk?

1. Microphone and speakers(headset prefered) connected to your computer. Details..
There are two different types of microphones. USB headet-microphone and wired microphone. If you do not have a USB headset, plug your microphone(usually a pink plug) into the pink socket on the back of your computer.

If you have a USB headset (metal rectangular plug) plug the connection into the back of your computer in the USB connector it fits into.
2. A Mohawk Server to connect to. Details..
You will need the server IP, port and password (if there is a password needed to join) of the Mohawk Server you are joining.
Example: IP/Hostname: m1.light-speed.com PORT: 8000 Password: mypass


You can either connect to a Mohawk Server owned by one of your friends or you can purchase a Mohawk Server from our company.
3. You will need to have downloaded and installed the Mohawk Client program to your computer. Details..

Run the file you have downloaded and install Mohawk onto your computer. (Generally just by pressing Next)
